Small studio apartment in quiet neighborhood.

This little in law apartment is in the basement but is well lit with lots of windows and interior lighting. Small, but has a full size, fully equipped kitchen and huge adjustable height shower. Your bedroom is soundproofed. You share the laundry room with me, and I'm upstairs if you need anything. I collect rare plants, and you have a view of my garden which you can also sit out in if you choose. It is equipped with a heat pump for heat and air conditioning. The space This is a quiet neighborhood, so if you like to party here, this is not a good choice. If you like to party elsewhere and come home to sleep, this is a good choice. Ceilings are barely 75” so not a good fit for a tall person. The bathroom door is only 71”. There is only enough room to access the bed from one side, so consider this if you are a couple. Guest access There is plenty of street parking in this quiet residential neighborhood. You can park in front of the house. Or walk 2 blocks to the bus stop. The closest BART train is 2 miles away. It is a lovely neighborhood for a walk, but the street run at odd angles and it's easy to get lost. A GPS will get you back if you do, or asking someone. The neighbors are friendly! Other things to note Please don't book if you smoke. Even if you do so outside, the smell comes in with you and is very difficult to eradicate for non-smoking guests. Thank you for understanding!
