The space This Executive Studio is a newly built detached unit in charming Willow Glen, walking distance to the heart of town, Lincoln Avenue. Designed and appointed for business travelers, tourists, and extended family members who value being home while away with a 5-star boutique-hotel experience. Find listing here: airbnb.com/h/lakehouseinalmaden Back to the Studio in Willow Glen description: If you enjoy cooking, a gourmet kitchen with a gas stove/oven, and all the appliances you could dream of; a large bathroom with dual shower, and even a private patio with an outdoor shower - walking distance to downtown Willow Glen - you've found your place! The floors are tile and heated for bare-feet comfort. Most of the time this is all the heat you need! There is a separate heater / air conditioner (should you need it). The bathroom includes a large shower with two shower heads. The toilet has a Toto washlet providing a heated toilet seat with wash spray. Skylights in the kitchen and bathroom bring the sunshine in! Full laundry (washer and dryer) ensuite, should you need to do laundry during your stay. **High Speed - Reliable Internet** An EERO device ensures high speed. WFH is possible here without disruption. A recent guest encouraged me to add "TheStudio is conducive to productivity!" **TYPICAL SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS** 1 to 2 persons. An extra nightly fee is calculated in the reservation when noted for every person after initial guest single count. See Fees please for no surprises. The bed is a Queen-Plus-size mattress (6-inches wider than standard Queen) and sometimes referred to as "Olympic Queen". I prepare it with two mattress toppers for additional comfort. I get RAVE reviews on the bed's comfort. Note that the brand is "American Leather" (the highest-rated convertible/no cross-bars) in the market. **3RD PERSON SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT - extra set up fee of $65.00 or $40.00** See Fees. Due to demand for 3rd adult option, I have added it as a "for an additional fee option". ..it's tight but I make it super comfortable to accommodate. Extra Bed Configurations - two options: - Dining table is removed leaving you to dine at the Kitchen bar counter and the 3rd person on chair with small side table. Option #1 is a $60 dollar one time fee for a Full Size bed that will be located in front of the laundry closet (in pictures this is the double doors on far left). The larger double doors (the clothes closet's right door will be free to open). You will be able to slide the bed away from doors for full access when needed. - The Full Size bed includes an 8-inch tall mattress PLUS a 2-inch mattress topper for maximum comfort (this is not a "foldaway" bed - but a STANDARD BED we build for your request" - Option #2 is a $40 dollar one time fee set up for an air-mattress with a mattress topper for a TWIN XL size. Same explanation as above: Dining table is removed from theStudio. Bed is located in front of Laundry closet and one of the clothes closet doors. **LAUNDRY** En-suite washer and dryer located in the "Laundry/Cleaning Supply" Closet (see pictures) **PRIVATE PATIO** - Located in the rear of the unit, it includes comfortable, cushioned (in good weather) Adirondack chairs and a coffee table - the perfect spot for reading, working, or just relaxing. Separate tall "bistro" table for outdoor dining surface - Outdoor shower (bring your bathing suit;-)) or not - Outdoor fountain (on a timer you can adjust if you prefer different time off/on for soothing sound **TV - Hi-definition Curved Samsung with soundbar* - 55" Smart TV w/ Internet/Roku - Guest access to streaming and live content via Roku - access to Host Netflix Amazon Prime, HBOMAX, and more! If Guest has their own streaming accounts you should be able to access them through Roku by programming it with your credentials (good faith best effort - need to prove this theory out) **KITCHEN** Contemporary appliances. Includes Miele dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave; cookware, dinnerware, toaster, coffee maker, teapot, milk frother...so much more (do you like to bake?)! Everything is brand new, nothing is missing, and if it is, let me know! Wine refrigerator included separate from full-size refrigerator. Both are in the Studio's kitchen. **BATHROOM** - Spacious walk-in shower with two shower heads (one handheld). - Toilet includes Toto washlet (heated toilet seat and wash spray) - Amenities include: blow dryers , flat iron, men's electric razor/trimmer. - "Welcome Kit" includes a toothbrush, mini-tooth paste, small bar soap, cotton balls, and q-tips. -Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash - Body sponge (that is laundered after every guest) - Spa Robe(s) - one-time use slippers ***PRICING DISCLOSURE - 2ND & 3RD ADULTS*** Please take a look at the pricing description as there is an additional daily fee for 2nd and 3rd persons that is billed by Airbnb when person count are booked. If only 1 is listed in the booking but 2 or 3 are staying, I'll request the second and third adult fee as a separate surcharge. Additionally, For a 3rd person, there will be a one-time Full-size Bed set-up fee of $45.00 **CLEANING DISCLOSURE** The cleaning fee covers the cleaning of your unit before you arrive. We do not provide daily cleaning or housekeeping, but we do provide everything you need for your self-cleaning. Linens, towels, blankets, and duvet cover, are laundered and sanitized after every guest. Don't feel the need to launder before you use these items I've provided for you. The guest is responsible for putting dishes in the dishwasher or cleaning them by hand during their stay, or stacking them neatly in the sink on the day of departure (this service is not intended to pile up dishes and replace daily care). Sheets and towels should be piled on bed or put in hamper prior to departure. **CONSUMABLES PROVIDED** Consumables provided: toilet paper, box of tissue; toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cotton, q-tips, mouthwash, toothbrush, and toothpaste; cleaning products such as dish soap, dishwasher, and laundry detergent - supplies are provided for use during your stay (in limited quantity). **KITCHEN BASICS-PLUS MORE INCLUDED** Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Oatmeal (including toppings), Popcorn, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil, and Vinegar, are also included sufficient to make your days of your stay very comfortable - including your choice of milk! **Something Special** I like to make every guest feel welcome with something "more"! In preparation for your visit, you'll hear from me asking for any special needs to make your days here the best destination you've stayed at. Let me try! Guest access The back of The Studio patio is private for your use and includes Adirondack chairs as well as a Bistro table set for outdoor dining. Note the backyard, which is part of main house, includes an outdoor BBQ area, that is not accessible as part of your stay. However, on occasion I have been asked to make this area available to Airbnb guests. If you are interested in entertaining extended family, I'm open to exploring options that can work for both us under a separate contractual arrangement. Other things to note **This is a Fragrance/Cologne Free Home** I'm finding my Guests have varying degree of sensitivity to perfumes. Please put yours on outside of the Studio to prevent lingering. **Exterior Lights** Both entry doors are switched from inside the Studio (you are in control). Pathway lights are switched on/off from outside the Studio (near the Garage). I will make sure the lights are on for your night time arrival (please let me know your expected check-in time). Nightly, once you are settled in, please turn off exterior to the double french doors that are controlled (switched) from inside The Studio near tall storage cabinet. Feel free to keep on the exterior light to your private patio outside the single french door. No Smoking/No Vaping/No Drugs/No Parties
