East Bay Getaway - Studio with Pool & Hot Tub

Welcome to East Bay Getaway, a private studio nestled in the woods. This clean and comfortable room with private entrance is a MIL suite attached to your host's home, on more than an acre. It features a kitchenette (no stove), high-speed WiFi, 32" smart TV, and dedicated HVAC system. Plenty of outdoor space, with a large pool and hot tub in the shared, privacy fenced backyard. A bike/walk path is directly across the street, which goes for miles either direction. 3- burner BBQ grill - NEW for 25! The space A clean room with plenty of space for up to four guests. Think "mother-in-law suite" attached to the host's residence, with private entrance and direct access to the backyard oasis, including pool, hot tub, and large , covered deck. Laundry room features large-capacity washer and dryer, iron/board, and space to hang garments, plus enough supplies for a few loads. Ample free parking with space for larger vehicles/boats. About a 25 min drive to Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach, with places to eat and shop only a few minutes away. Laundry and ALL outdoor areas are available for guest use on a shared basis. Host and family members reserve the right to use these amenities at any time. No other rental guests will be on property. Guest access Prior to arrival date, guests are issued a unique access code for the front door, as well as parking instructions and other useful information. Guests may come and go at their own schedule, and do not enter the primary residence at any time. Host will not enter rental space while occupied. From within the room, guests have access to the shared laundry room and privacy fenced backyard, where the 23,000 gallon pool (8' max depth) and 10-person hot tub are located. Please see Pool & Hot Tub Rules prior to using either. Other things to note This room has a dedicated HVAC system with thermostat in the room. This means it is not part of the main residence system. Door to backyard has a safety alarm, which can be set to alarm, chime, or off. This is for your safety, and you control how you wish to set the alarm. There are no pool hours. Feel free to go for a night swim. But please observe quiet hours.
