Adventure down to Honeymoon Island, Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs or Dunedin for a great day exploring. This place is close to local seafood, pizza, BBQ restaurants and 10+ local breweries. The space The rental includes the following - 2 Bedrooms with new beds & mattresses - 1 Bathroom with Bathtub/Shower - Pool with basketball hoop (Shared) - Brand new appliances (Stove, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave) - Fishing in backyard lagoon (Tarpon, Snook, Tilapia, Mullet, Sheepshead and more) - Big Private Deck perfect for enjoying Sunsets over the palm trees and lagoon - Private Washer & Dryer in unit (Garage) + Extra $200 Charge Per Week to Heat the Pool. Please let us know as soon as you can because the pool takes time to heat in the cooler months. House Rules - The house has a strict enforced no smoking policy. Please do not smoke anywhere on the property. - Trash pickup days are listed below. Please place appropriate receptacles on the side of the road the night before the pick up days. Trash Pick Up Days: Monday & Thursday Recycling Pick Up Day: Wednesday - Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property including the house. - The pool is for only registered guests. No outside visitors are allowed in the pool area. - No glass inside the fenced in pool area. - Please NO fishing bait inside refrigerator or freezer Guest access The house, deck/patio, garage, backyard & pool area.
