The newly-renovated Hamden Inn dates from the early 1840s. It contains two separate units, providing an ideal retreat for small or large groups. Enjoy activities like hiking and fishing plus the antiques, stores and restaurants in nearby Andes, Delhi and Bovina. The quiet town of Hamden is a relaxing place to unwind and this upstairs apartment is designed for long term stays. The inn is just a ten-minute drive from conveniences including a pharmacy, grocery store and a weekly farmer's market. The space This open concept apartment contains two bedrooms (one full, one queen), kitchen, freshly-renovated bathroom with shower, and a spacious living/dining area. The living area contains an L-shaped couch, armchair, a dining table/chairs and a TV equipped with Roku where guests may use their own streaming accounts. The adjacent apartment may be rented separately to create one large space with three additional bedrooms, an additional bathroom, and an additional kitchen / living space. This separate rental can be found in our profile. Other things to note This apartment is above a restaurant that is open from Thursday - Monday. This means that you'll only have to walk a few steps to grab food or drinks! It also means that there is other activity in the building, and while we expect noise to be reasonable, guests should know in advance that they may hear people coming / going during the day. The restaurant generally closes by 10/11PM, but note that it can be open as late as midnight / 1AM on busy nights so this listing may not be ideal for those who are in bed early and/or averse to any noise.
