My house was built in 1926. It is Spanish Eclectic which means lots of Spanish decor, outdoor spaces and gardens. It is a great place to entertain with the outside flowing into the inside. The space The whole house is yours to enjoy. There is an amazing courtyard in the first floor, with a gas fireplace and grill and seating for 8. In the backyard there is a small pond and studio where I weld. In tiny backyard there is a wicker couch and chairs to enjoy the waterfall of the pond, fish and frogs. Beside the four bedrooms on the second floor there are three balconies, one with fresh vegetables. On the rooftop is a deck with a small daybed with fantastic views of the neighborhood including slices of the Coronado Bridge, the Bay and Golf Course, the Del and the Ocean. The fifth bedroom has been turned into a small gym with a weight bench and weights. Guest access The whole house.
