Private room has small closet space and a T.V with streaming. You will have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, free laundry, and outdoor patio. Off street parking has plug ins available for engine heaters during winter. Unit has ceiling height of 6ft. 2 inches. 4 night minimum stay. 11ft square room in the basement with small closet The neighborhood is comprised of many older houses that were built during the early 1900's when Grand Forks was getting established as a bustling community. Our neighbors are very friendly and have the "North Dakota Nice" attitude. Location is close enough to the downtown area to make it an easy walk to the shops and restaurants, but far enough away to avoid the noise and traffic.
