This large duplex is located in a perfect spot! Between the two entertainment areas of Covington, minutes from the River, minutes from the expressways and Colleges. This is smack in the middle and an easy walk to everywhere, even downtown Cincy. It has a lovely little garden with fire pit, and a covered porch to enjoy the morning and evening even if it is raining! This is a perfect place to call home for a bit and very, very convenient. The space This is a bottom floor duplex. Two very large bedrooms and a smaller bedroom with a single bed and desk. The kitchen opens out on to the covered porch. Lots of windows and light. Other things to note I primarily rent this for longer stays but I can accommodate 2-3 day stays closer to the visiting dates if available. Please do ask if looking last minute! :).
