Release of Liability The Guest releases the Host, property owner, and any affiliated parties from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other claims arising from their stay, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Host. 3. Security and Personal Belongings The Guest is responsible for securing the property during their stay, including locking all doors and windows when leaving. The Host is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal items left unattended on the premises. 4. Use of Property The Guest agrees to use the property responsibly and follow all house rules. Any illegal activity, dangerous behavior, or damage to the property caused by the Guest or their visitors may result in additional charges or eviction without refund. 5. Indemnification The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host from any claims, demands, or legal actions arising from their stay, including any injuries, damages, or losses experienced by third parties invited by the Guest. 6. Force Majeure The Host is not responsible for cancellations, damages, or injuries caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. 7.
