SOUTH REDLANDS CHARMING COTTAGE WITH POOL!

Located in beautiful South Redlands near Prospect Park, this detached cottage has its own private and inviting fenced backyard, nicely landscaped with comfortable patio furniture. Inside you will find separate living and bedroom spaces, charming decor, Heating/A/C, Cable TV, WIFI, kitchenette with microwave, Keurig coffee maker and compact refrigerator, fine linens, comfortable queen sized bed, and newer bathroom. Conveniently located near Downtown Redlands, University of Redlands and ESRI! The space Known as the "Cozy Nest" this detached cottage adds the new with the old, just like a bird building a nest, to make perfect accommodations for one or two persons. Charming decor with wonderful wall art and ceiling fans in both rooms. The "Nest" is cozy in size, but the inviting outdoor patio allows you ample private living space. We have a very comfortable queen sized bed, fine linens, a wicker settee with ottoman in the bedroom and mid century loveseat, chair and coffee table in the living room, WiFi, and cable television, The newer bathroom has a walk-in shower, single sink, and commode. The floors have painted concrete with partial carpet in the bedroom and natural concrete with rugs in the living room. The cottage does provide a wall unit A/C/Heating in the bedroom that cools and warms the bedroom evenly. The living room space is heated by a portable heater, but does not have A/C, but ceiling and floor fans. Newer Kitchenette has microwave, studio apartment size refrigerator, four burner cooktop, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and limited cooking supplies and dishes. Guests have their own fenced in beautiful yard at the back of the property, where you can sit in your own private area and enjoy the views of the SAN BERNARDINO MOUNTAINS AND PALM TREES! Beautiful space to enjoy your morning coffee. Sparkling pool is located in the backyard of the front house. Guests are welcome to use the pool, but please note the gathering area in the photo is used primarily by the front house. The "Cozy Nest' has its own secluded gathering area. Guest access On Street parking, but charming "Cozy Nest" is located by walking up a gravel easement and into the backyard. The cottage is located in your own private part of the property and is accessed through its own door. Other things to note The front house is occupied by ourselves and there is a secondary backyard that is used exclusively by the Airbnb guest. The "Cozy Nest" is attached to a garage. Also there is pool equipment that is located in the backyard of the "Cozy Nest". The pool equipment runs during the hours of 8A.M. and 2 P.M. Only number of guests sent with the Request to Book may occupy the "Cozy Nest". Since we do not encourage parties we would appreciate if you limit the number of guests that will be visiting you at the “Nest”. The pool is not heated so usually open late May to late September. No parties please. We do have dogs that primarily use the pool backyard on a limited basis. We are very courteous to give our guests their privacy when using the pool by bringing the dogs inside.
