The apartment occupies the entire upper floor and there is a studio apartment attached to the home on the ground level that is often occupied by other guests or sometimes the owner. The Studio is completely separate with its own private entrance, garden area, and parking. While the shared backyard garden offers a serene retreat, your privacy is ensured with thoughtful partitioning. Other things to note 🏡 Important Notes: 🔹 Stairs are required to access the main house, outdoor garden, and pool area. 🔹 Flamingo’s Oasis is the main living space. A smaller guest suite may be occupied by other guests or the owner. 🔹 Shared Parking Area: You will have an assigned parking area. 🔹 Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours after 9:00 PM to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. ✨ Kayaks are available to rent for $45 per kayak for your entire stay. 📩 Interested?
