This completely renovated, private 2nd-floor apartment features 3 king bedrooms, 1 large bath, and is luxuriously appointed with West Elm furniture, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, and an extensive and eclectic collection of incredible art (mostly local). A prize to anyone who can count ALL of the hidden dragonflies ;-)...it's not easy Piscataqua House offers off-street parking spaces, and all the amenities to make your stay the most memorable, comfortable, and happy time possible in our beautiful city! While pristine and luxurious everywhere you look, Piscataqua is also extremely efficient and green: ask about our Avocado mattresses, Thuma beds, West Elm furniture, organic linens, Polywood recycled porch furniture, and green household products. We also go to great pains to sterilize and clean (bleach where necessary, of course) so that you can be assured, safe, healthy, and impressed. We intentionally keep our volume low to keep Piscataqua House pristine! Amenities include: lightning-fast Wi-Fi, Nespresso and coffee stations (organic coffee, reverse-osmosis filtered drinking water, gourmet cooking facilities, full laundry (including 7th Gen. detergent etc.), large flat screen TV's in every room (including 100's of free movies on AppleTV). Bathroom: Biolage shampoo/cond., sensitive skin body soap, steam iron, hairdryer, styler, and much more! Your host is available to make personal recommendations for local dining and recreation, so your stay in our beautiful city will be pleasurable and memorable! Other things to note Piscataqua House Agreement: *Please Agree by Message with these simple stipulations and understandings, They are very important to me: 1. *Piscataqua House IS meant to be an upscale place to enjoy, make merry, relax, etc., with friends and family, where great pains have been taken to provide excellence in areas of cleanliness, aesthetics, amenities, details, security, and comfort. It IS NOT a place where one should go to engage in frat behavior, or inconsiderate, careless behavior. If you are looking for the latter, please seek accommodation elsewhere! If you are looking to go hard, go elsewhere. If you are a group of all guys in your 20’s, you are much more likely to impair yourself to the point of inevitable damage to something – please go elsewhere. Bachelor or Bachelorette groups -- please go elsewhere. Don’t choose to accept these guidelines and not say if you are a bachelor or bachelorette group, or heavy partiers, it will just result in an awkward and unpleasant confrontation for both of us. Also, do NOT hang anything on the walls or “decorate” for any celebration. Do that elsewhere, please. It never ends up being damage-free. No judgement intended, but Piscataqua House is not the place for partiers, but there are many other places for that. Don’t bring people back late and no after-partying. If you return late, please be considerate as you go upstairs, I live downstairs. Thanks. 2. *You will be asked to replace or compensate for anything broken, damaged, or missing (pertaining to items belonging to Piscataqua House), that is clearly your doing, not due to natural causes and circumstances. **If you have small children, PLEASE MOVE ALL BREAKABLE OR POTENTIALLY HARMFUL ITEMS OUT OF REACH. Please make it a point to clean up after them as you go. Please let me know of any spills or breaks or any damage (even minor). I would much rather hear it from you than to figure it out after the fact. I usually don’t charge for minor things, but will if it’s concealed. 3. *Damage to yourself or your own property while staying at Piscataqua House, is your own responsibility, not the responsibility of Piscataqua House or its owner. 4. Use exhaust fans in kitchen and bathroom for ANY cooking, showers, or stink – turn off kitchen exhaust when you’ve finished cooking and have cleaned kitchen thoroughly. (bathroom vent will shut off automatically on timer). 5. *NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY, and only Vape/Juul outside! 6. Please be considerate of neighbors (and me, downstairs) by not making excessive noise, especially after 10pm on weekdays, and 11pm on weekends 7. *Please keep place orderly, and be respectful of premises, and my cats if you see them outside. One of them occasionally goes upstairs to your porch. *No pets for any guests, however! 8. Nothing Sandy inside the Apartment! Nothing Sandy in Washing Machine. Keep sandy stuff outside on porch or back deck to dry and be de-sanded. There’s a hose on back deck for your convenience and that’s a great place to hang your towels for on railing 9. No makeup on my linens, there are wipes in drawer as well as makeup cloths. 10. *Check-In is 3PM unless otherwise arranged, and Check-Out is 11AM. Checkout procedures are on the fridge. Please follow them, they are very basic and simple.
