The amenity regulations are changing by the day due to the pandemic so we are letting all guests know that you will receive the condo that you are requesting but the amenities may not be available during your stay. We are sorry about this inconvenience. Guests checking in must be 21 years of age and present a photo ID with a credit card for a refundable $100 security deposit. You will then receive your keys from the front desk. The surrounding area is seasonal and some of the local stores are closed from October to April. Outdoor swimming pools are closed from November through March. Please note that due to routine cleaning of the hot tubs in penthouse units, owners may experience a delay in hot water on the day of check in.
