All of our rentals are at Sunchase IV Condominiums, one of the finest luxury beachfront condominiums on South Padre Island. It offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Laguna Madre Bay, state-of-the-art amenities and a great location. The space SWEEPING VIEWS from 2 levels of wraparound balconies! The ground floor has 3 bedrooms all with large balcony access and great water views. Nice sized master suite has flat screen TV, king bed and double sinks with vanity seating. Guest rooms offer twin and full bed accommodations. Upstairs offers fabulous patio provides second living and dining areas. Comfy over sized furniture, island kitchen and a full wall of floor to ceiling windows. Built-in wet bar makes the perfect buffet and offers lots of extra cabinets space. 3 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Bath • Features the living room upstairs, bedrooms downstairs • The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a full size bed. • Tile flooring throughout unit. • There is a flat screen TV and a DVD player in the living room with surround sound system, a flat screen TV and a DVD in the master bedroom and flat screen TVs in the second and third bedrooms. PLEASE NOTE: The condo features two flights of stairs. As such, it may not be suitable for individuals who have difficulty walking or navigating stairs. Since the resort caters to families, we cannot accept reservations for vacationing students under the age of 25. Young singles unaccompanied by a parent WILL NOT be permitted to register. Reservations obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and rent. **IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS STAYING DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH AND 7 DAYS BEFORE GOOD FRIDAY UNTIL EASTER MONDAY** For anyone booked during the month of March, all adults must be at least 25 years old and provide identification before arrival. Additionally, there are forms that must be completed, which will be sent to you via email once your email address is confirmed. Exceptions for adults under 25 will only be considered if traveling with a parent or legal guardian.
