The space Swimming, Fishing and Boating (pedal boat, canoe & swimming board) from the private dock!!! The cottage has queen size bed in the bedroom and sofa-bed in a living room. Open kitchen has stainless steel stove, refrigerator. The kitchen essentials is ready for you to use (coffee/tea maker with supplies, counter-top toaster/oven, cooking pads, dishes, spices etc.) Hiking minutes away. Sylvan Glen Park in walking distance. Blue Mountain Reservation, Bear Mount State Park, Franklin D. Roosevelt State Park, Trump Junior Park, Scenic Hudson and Kitchawan Preserve Parks are 15 min away Guest access Entire cottage, unlimited parking, porch with barbecue, private dock, beach area, Also, pedal boat, foot board, kayaks and canoe available to use. Other things to note The cottage has queen size bed in a bedroom and sofa-bed in a living/kitchen room. There is a charge after 2 guests of $15 per person, per night. The fee is collected upon arrival. Linens, bathroom and kitchen essentials will be provided for additional person(s)
