Other things to note The wall heater gets very hot dont touch it! If you have kids make sure too watch them around wall heater. Make sure pilot light is lit in the stove before using it. Community market store 1 mile away. Hot tub takes 4 hours to complely heat up. Also keep in mind the hot tub will be cleaned between each guess and photos will be taken before and after each guest leave if guest leaves hot tub that requires a drain and fill a new cleaning it will be charged back to the guest at the cost of $125. $100 pet fee non refundable. Any extensive damage will be charged to guest. We have a ladder that leads up to the loft it could be very dangerous for kids so please take caution and use at your own risk we just wanted to put this to protect you and your kids or anybody young enough to climb the stairs and fall luckily nothing has happened but we needed to throw this disclaimer in here thanks.
