We have an onsite gym, an outdoor terrace and a rooftop terrace with outstanding views of the city, the sound and mountains. The condo is furnished to maximize your comfort & enjoyment while you’re in town. We’re stocked with luxurious linens and premium quality bath towels as well as little items you might have forgotten to bring with you. Welcome to your new home away from home. Please read all rules for the unit including about check-in and amenities. Failure to follow rules may result it delays or not being able to support your requirements. Guest access The whole of the condo is for your use during your stay. The amenities; gym, patio, roof top deck etc are also available but are shared with other residents, so we ask that you please be responsible in these areas and clean up after yourself, keep noise to a minimum after 10pm etc. Please note that due to Covid restrictions some public areas may not be accessible during your stay. Other things to note CHECK IN TIME IS 4pm-8pm Any later and we require advance notice so we can make ourselves available in case needed. Late check-in may result in delays entering the building or unit and an additional late check in fee. Need parking? Our AirBnB includes a permit for street parking for the surrounding area. This way if you’re bringing your own car or a rental we got you covered* You can park on the street in Seattle for up to 72 hours at a time without worry. *The parking pass and any extra fobs will each require a $100 refundable deposit and advance notice of use due to guests taking them and no support from AirBnB.
