Includes; (1) FREE designated parking spot, AC, full kitchen, WIFI, Smart TV and on-site laundry. The space The apartment is a 7-unit, family owed apartment building. Guest access Guest will have access via app access. Other things to note Guest have one designated parking space. We are happy to provide a generous amount of supplies as a "start-pack" to your stay. We are not obligated to refill supplies during your stay of 30 or more days. Thank you for understanding! If you or any guests leave a personal item or request shipment, there will be a $50 errand fee to compensate for travel time and gas, as well as any shipping fees.
