Welcome to our organized and inviting home with the following features: Property: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths on the second floor with 9' ceilings. Outdoor Space: Second-story covered porch and deck offering elevated, panoramic views of the stunning Belgrade Lakes chain. Sunset Views: Enjoy the beautiful sunset view that dominates the surroundings, with a sandy beach right at your doorstep. House Rules: No Smoking, Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and on the premises. Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years old or older, as per our association's regulations. Activities: Summer: Explore various activities such as roller skating at our nearby Roller Rink, which is open a few days a week during summer. Indulge in delicious ice cream conveniently located uphill. Engage in golfing, fishing, tubing, and horse riding. Additionally, take advantage of the famous Freeport Outlets shopping experience, only an hour away. Don't miss a visit to LL Bean! Winter: Embrace the winter wonderland with numerous skiing options. We have at least 7 ski mountains within an hour and a half of driving distance, with Sugarloaf being just an hour away! Enjoy snowmobiling with available rentals and extensive trail networks. Engage in ice fishing, snow tubing (25 minutes away), and, if the pond is frozen, ice skating. The general store remains open year-round for your convenience. Both to be parked the same direction, one closest to the door (electrical box) and the other closely next to it. There are two signs on the house to show you exactly where these parking spots are. Any extra cars can be parked across the street by the dumpster where there’s an overflow parking lot. Available via text anytime Truly unique feel of the community. Our home is part of the association. Some rules to follow are a must. Quiet hours after 9 pm. No parties This is an association... there are no parties and quiet hours are at 9 PM...please enjoy, just be mindful of the neighbors : ) Unfortunately, no real fires… but we do have propane fire pit. We remind people here of this rule, as it is one we take seriously: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside or on the premises. No smoking at all. Violations will be subject to instant cancellation with no refund. The docks off the end point are OFF LIMITS… they are for dock owners only.
