Lake Travis Studio

This easygoing studio home is minutes from Lake Travis and set on the 1+ acre grounds of a separate main house. Take a short walk to Volente Beach Waterpark or enjoy an afternoon on the lake. This newly renovated studio features a queen bed, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, desk, and tv. You'll also have a roomy tiled shower in an upgraded bathroom, plus a small patio. There's plenty of room for parking and for your own coolers. The space Children are welcome, but you'll need to bring additional bedding, i.e. pack-n-play. Please note this home is professionally cleaned with products approved by the FDA for use against COVID-19 and with extra care to ensure the home is perfect for our guests. Guest access Please note that the driveway for this studio is narrow and can require reversing. If you plan to bring a boat, it is best to make arrangements to have the boat docked at a marina. If the main house and the studio are booked separately, both parties are expected to respect each other's privacy.
