This cozy, ski-in/ski-out studio is located right on 4 O'Clock Run on Peak 8, it's only 200 steps from the Snowflake Chairlift and just 2 blocks (5 min walk) from Main Street and all the downtown action. For an amazingly romantic getaway or longer stays in Breck, this studio is newly renovated with premium fittings and is fantastic for couples or solo travelers looking for all-season adventure. Pools/Hot Tubs will be closed from 4/19-5/21 for annual maintenance. The space For your comfort, we have a very comfortable queen size murphy bed, along with stylish new bedding. With a self-contained kitchen and romantic full-size shower, guests will enjoy coming back again and again. The studio kitchen is equipped with some nice amenities such as a microwave, microwave oven, bar bridge, dishwasher and two burner stovetop. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and wine glasses. If you just want to kick back and relax in the condo, the cozy electric fireplace, flat-screen TV and free hi-speed Wi-Fi internet will come in handy. We also have a great little storage space with hanging racks for your coats, skis, boots or your summer hiking gear. And when you need a break from all the activities, relax those muscles in one of the hot tubs at the Upper Village Pool complex, which is just a 5-minute stroll down a walking path (.2 miles away). The pool complex includes 2 outdoor hot tubs, an indoor/outdoor pool, and an indoor hot tub. In terms of location, the condo is only 200 steps from Snowflake Chairlift on Peak 8 and you can ski back down to your door along Four O'Clock Run. Breckenridge’s Main Street and downtown area are only a 2-block stroll away and has over 200 shops and restaurants for you to enjoy. Check out Briar Rose, Blue River Bistro or one of the many other happy hour spots that have 2-for-1 drinks! Then head out for dinner at one of the many delicious restaurants catering for all tastes. Check out Yelp for an accurate idea of what each restaurant has to offer in terms of ambiance and price. We also have two breweries local to Breck – try beers from both! Pick up some groceries at City Market using our complimentary recycled hessian bags, or even a bottle of wine at the local liquor store located only 1 block away.
