A beautiful lakefront home on Lake Dardanelle with private dock minutes from I-40. Located in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by trees on 1 acre. Completely remodeled. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. New patio with a grill. 3 Kayaks included. Fast Wifi. Just minutes from Russellville. Near Petit Jean, Mt. Magazine, Mt. Nebo, and more. The space This is a great place to stay around Russellville. Plenty of room to bring your own boat or use our 3 kayaks for free. The fishing is fantastic! You can walk out the door and fish off our private dock. Please note the pictures- grass may be present depending on water level and time of year. There are swim beaches on the lake, but our cove is better suited for fishing and exploring. The water level, color, and clarity may vary due to river levels and rainfall and season. Any swimming or kayaking must be done at your own risk. Kayaks can be put in at the dock, or a better option may be the peninsula to the left of the dock. We have all fully furnished kitchen with new appliances, washer and dryer, and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Smart home features including smart locks and smart thermostat. Enjoy a picnic on our picnic table by the lake, or head into town only a few minutes away for great dining options. Our house is in a great location for hiking and exploring. Many state parks are close by, including Petit Jean, Mt Nebo, and Mt Magazine. Also a short distance to Ozark National Forest and Buffalo National River. Lake Dardanelle State Park is just a few minutes away by car (or right across the lake by boat), and has a nice visitor center and swim beach area. The home is 3 bed, 2.5 bath. There are board games, yard games, and a fully stocked bookcase. We have fiber optic internet with Optimum. You can also use your own Netflix, Prime, Youtube, etc with our smart tv. Our kitchen is fully equipped and includes pots, pans, spices, kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, slow-cooker, coffee maker etc. We provide coffee filters and coffee, and you are welcome to bring your own favorite coffee to use in our 12 cup coffee maker. Pope County is a dry county, meaning no alcohol sales except at a some restaurants. If you want alcohol, you will want to stop on the way in at Blackwell (east) or Fort Smith (west). Also keep in mind that there are no liquor sales on Sundays. We have a propane grill that is on a porch overlooking the lake and a patio with seating as well. Our house is professionally cleaned after each stay and we take pride in providing a clean, safe space for our guests.
