My place is 4 miles to Texas A&M. You’ll love it because it is Close to everything including the H‑E‑B and Starbucks just down the street. My home is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. It is a large house with plenty of room for everyone! Enjoy the large sunken living room with a fireplace to enjoy together or watching the game! Or enjoy the fenced in backyard on the porch. A pack n play can be provided upon request. There are 4 bedrooms for your comfort and privacy! A large living room for you to all come together! A dining room for your dinners together. A large outdoor space to enjoy the evenings. With fresh bedding, towels, and bath products all you need to do is show up and enjoy your trip! We can sleep 8 in the bed plus we provide a queen blow up mattress, a twin floor mattress and 2 couches. **There is a ring camera at the front door. This is the only camera we have on our property. ** we do not allow parties! ** no smoking in our home $500 fine ** due to this being texas we can get an occasional bug that is brought or wanders in. We do have regular insect control so it’s very rare but due to the nature of it we do not offer refunds for it. You have access to the entire house! There is wifi and two tvs for your use. One has an Apple TV with Hulu, Netflix and espn app. The other has a ruko with Hulu and espn. We are easily reached by phone or through airbnb We are in a lovely neighborhood! 4 miles to Kyle field! Close to everything! H-E-B, whataburger, Starbucks! There is plenty of off street parking! We also have a neighbor’s cat that has fallen in love with our daughter and likes to hang out in our back yard. She does not come in our house and you are welcome to shoo her home if you don’t want her there but she is very sweet and likes being pet if you do. We have plenty of room for parking! Our driveway can hold 4 cars and we are located on a dead end road so there is also plenty of street parking. Uber is also a great option for getting around town! You are welcome to help yourself in the kitchen! We have basic spices and supplies if you decide to cook in!
