Spacious bathroom and nice big closet for extra storage space. This unit does offer fast internet and basic cable. This property is located about 3 minutes from the freeway entrance which can take you to nearby Nevada City. It's a perfect spot for an extended stay in the Gold Country area. The space Unit is small but comes with all you need for your stay. There is a small table available for eating and working. Comfortable bed and the closet is large so there is extra storage and space. The community is very quiet and private. There is a shared laundry room on site. Guest access There is a keypad on the door. Unique code will be provided to you within 24 hours of your stay. Other things to note Please note the following: 1. The bed is a day bed that can be expanded to make a larger sleep space. 2. We will experience power outages at times due to PG&E shut offs. We can not control when these occur and can offer refunds for reservations in progress. 3. This area can get snow. It typically does not last more than a couple of days and roads are cleared quickly. We can not be responsible if you are snowed in or parking is not available due to snow. 4. Laundry machines require quarters to operate. 5. Please do not disturb your neighbors. Please contact property management for anything you need during your stay. 6. Small pets will be considered with an additional one time $100 fee per pet.
