The space Amenities include: Just under 1200 sqft of room - 3 bedrooms (2 rooms have queen sized beds and the 3rd has single over double bunk bed) - 2 full bathrooms - Open floor plan concept - Fully equipped kitchen with 6 table seating - Washer/Dryer - Outdoor gas grill 200 sqft screened porch on the front of the house. Room to have dinner or breakfast with a seating area. - 6 Beach chairs/2 umbrellas - 2 Nearby boat slips - Cable TV/Internet and Wi-Fi - 1 Beach Parking permit to the Ocean Pines Beach Club included with rental. You can buy pool passes either at pool location or Ocean Pines administration site for any of the 5 Ocean Pines Pools. The Ocean Pines Beach Club is located on the oceanfront between 49th & 50th street, Ocean City across from Secrets. Please note: Guests must provide their own linens. Guest access Entire house for your use, but not the garage. Other things to note Guests must bring their own linens and towels.
