Located on a quiet, safe street in the Eckington neighborhood, this apartment was built only 2 years ago. Professionally cleaned, following COVID-19 disinfecting guidelines. MERV 13 air filter. Room 1 (living room) Couch, chair, smart tv with chromecast, full kitchen well-stocked with flatware and cookware. Room 2 (den) Queen bed, smart tv with chromecast, hangers, luggage rack (essentially a 2nd bedroom, no egress) Room 3 (master br) Queen bed, hangers, luggage rack 2 full bathrooms The space It's a huge (940 sq ft) basement apartment in a row house. It doesn't feel like a basement though with the 9 foot high ceilings and recessed lighting everywhere. It's completely separate (no internal staircase) and Heat/Air Conditioning is separate and controlled by a Nest thermostat. Two spots in the living room are great for remote working: kitchen table and the coffee table pulls up and over towards the couch for better posture. There are two rooms that are fully enclosed so plenty of place to have private calls/zoom meetings. Guest access Access the entire unit! Reserved parking space is in the back of the house, accessed by an alley which is fairly private b/c there is only one way in/out. Other things to note To ensure proper upkeep of the place and your enjoyment during the stay, I require that the apartment get cleaned on a monthly basis (for stays 2 months or longer). Airbnb automatically charges for the cleaning at the end of your stay. The fee for additional monthly cleanings ($150) is what the cleaning company charges us and will be passed through to you without market-up and billed through the Airbnb app. I will coordinate the cleaning day/time with you and the cleaning company.
