Beautiful Remodeled Lake House on Lake Terramuggus

Welcome to our completely remodeled beautiful lake house retreat on Lake Terramuggus! This lake house has it all. The house overlooks the lake with stunning views. Access to private beach within walking distance and includes all of the amenities to make you feel at home! Located in the quaint town of Marlborough, CT. Close to RT 2 and RT 66 . Just 20 minutes from Hartford and 45 minutes from the shoreline in CT. Please make sure to read "Additional rules" Section before booking The space Our family bought this home with the sole purpose of enjoying the beach. We spent two years completely remodeling it, and it was definitely a labor of love! We want you to stay here and enjoy this lake house retreat as much as we do. The entire home and all appliances are fully updated, and your stay will include all of the amenities listed below. Here are some things to look forward to upon your arrival: The large deck overlooks the lake, and there is a gas grill for you to use. There are 2 pelican kayaks, an 11' paddleboard, a canoe, life jackets (for up to 6 people), beach chairs, tubes, and floaties (stored in the shed) for endless fun in the lake! There is access to WiFi, and a 65" OLED TV on the main floor. The basement has a home theater which we invite guests to utilize freely. We also have an electric car charger for the convenience of any guests with electric cars. The area is very quite and peaceful. There are no power boats allowed on the lake, battery powered only is allowed if it is under 3HP. This house is within walking distance of Sadler's Ordinary Restaurant, Marlborough Pizza & Restaurant, Marlborough Tavern, Big Y World Class Market, and more. Guest access Parking is behind the house on Hall Trail. You will turn off of North Main street onto Hillside Avenue, then make a right onto Hall Trail. The lake house is the last on the right, and there is parking available for 2 vehicles. Other things to note Guests will have the entire home to themselves, but the second floor is off limits.
