Island B&B is located in beautiful pastural Middletown, RI...home to local vineyards and farms...and just a few minutes away from three tranquil beaches...Newport's famous Cliff Walk...Historic Mansions...and all the amenities of historic downtown Newport. At Island B&B we offer you a country setting of relaxation...away from the congestion that Newport is known for. Island B&B...your sanctuary away from home! 1.3 MILES TO THE NEWPORT LINE...AND ONLY 5 MINUTES FROM NEWPORT!!! The space Our First Beach & Second Beach Suites as a Package for families of up to 4, with the understanding that your party will share one bathroom. These adjoining suites have a private entrance. The First Beach Suite - is a 13'x13' suite with a comfortable queen sized bed...AC/heat...ceiling fan...coffee machine...mini fridge and TV. Nicely decorated with Laura Ashley furniture and antiques. Access to this room is through the private Second Beach Suite. The Second Beach Suite - is a 13'x20' spacious guest room with a plush queen sized bed... AC/heat...coffee machine...mini fridge...microwave and TV. You have a private access to this room through the main entrance to our home. The entire home uses filtered well water for your safety! Guest access The First Beach Suite - when booked with the Second Beach Suite is accessed through front entrance of our home. On site parking for two cars and use of the deck and outdoor fire pit seating areas. Upon confirmed booking we will provide you with the key code to the smart lock. Access is limited to your booked room and your private bathroom across the hall from your room. In order to respect our privacy, access to other rooms in the home, including any other rooms on the main floor, like the kitchen, dining room, sunroom and basement are off limits as we occupy those areas and have family dogs that roam freely in those areas. We appreciate your understanding. During your stay We are a friendly family who enjoy meeting new people, but respect our guests privacy. Being local to the area...we offer knowledge of our area...suggestions for any dining experience you wish to have...tips on experiencing our magical island on any budget. Feel free to ask any questions...as we will certainly have the answer. Other things to note We are a pet loving family. We have a 2 1/2 year old Boxer named Finn.
