A little more elegance and fun.

This is a one-story home that has two front bedrooms that we use for Airbnb. Both rooms have Queen size beds. My husband and I live here in the back bedroom. Rooms are rented out separately. We have common areas for our guests. We absolutely do not allow minors, children, or pets to stay here. This room is the small room. The space Single story home with a modern kitchen. Guests may use the main room facilities to cook or reheat food. There is a microwave, a large cook top with oven, blenders, mixer, filtered ice water from the fridge and a complimentary coffee, tea and cocoa bar. There is a new guest refrigerator in the garage. A state-of-the-art washer and dryer with washing soap and fabric softener is next to the guest rooms. A large backyard spa is hot and ready to be enjoyed with 86 jets to soothe sore muscles. A short walk around the corner will get you to the huge community pool, BB court, large spa, BBQs, and fire pits. You must have gate key to enter. We keep the AC at a cool 70 degrees. There are plenty of blankets if you need one. Guest access We have key codes for all access doors. No keys are necessary, and a key code will be given on arrival. During your stay We enjoy interacting with our guests. We are RNs and enjoy helping students and traveling professionals. We are centrally located to over 36 hospitals within about 1 hours' drive. The local mountains with ski and snowboarding are under 50 miles from Beaumont. The desert with Cabazon outdoor factory stores, Morongo Casino and resort, and all the beautiful low desert cities including Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. There are 5-star restaurants, public golfing and unique entertainment. The Living Desert is an educational venue hosting a variety of desert dwellers. Each Christmas and Halloween thousands of lights adorn the facility. There is a water park for cooling off in the summertime. High desert fun atop the Idyllwild Tram offers snow in the winter and cooler weather during hot summer months. Our home is associated with 2 Hugh Beach entry pools, large spas and outdoor play areas featuring basketball, shuffleboard, BBQs, and plenty of tables and lounging areas. Our back yard has a 4-person spa with 86 jets and 4 different configurations to sooth sore tired muscles. Guests are always welcome to share in food and drink or a meal with us. Our goal is your comfort and enjoyment. Other things to note Sundance North is a 6-year-old community with active building continuing today. Despite the building it is a quiet family friendly neighborhood. One of the main things that drew us here is the diversity. You will see people of all ages, races and genders here. The respect for one another is readily apparent and you need not be shy. You will see neighbors stopping to talk as the take their daily strolls. It's a beautiful mix of everything.
