Wyndham Midtown 45, located on 45th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues, is the perfect location for a visit to the "City that never sleeps." Step out your front door and find a city chock-full of famous landmarks. From the Empire State Building to the Statue of Liberty to Times Square to the United Nations. Your Midtown location, less than a quarter mile from Grand Central Station, makes traveling around Manhattan a breeze. This building is half hotel and half refurbished timeshare condos. The space You'll have a beautiful 1-bedroom condo with living/dining area and small kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, linens. You only need to bring your pajamas! It's everything you need for a short stay in New York. The location is fabulous for anything you want to do in the City! Bringing a car to New York City is not recommended. There is no parking affiliated with the resort. Many visitors to New York choose to use the city's robust public transportation options to enjoy area activities. Valet parking is the only option offered by the resort to park your car during your stay. The per-night cost is $55 for vehicles less than 181 inches, $75 for vehicles over 181 inches in length or SUVs. Please note that certain large vehicles, such as pickup trucks or large vans, will be charged $110 per night. In and out privileges are available for an additional fee of $10 per re-entrance. (Prices may be higher now) This is a timeshare resort property; however, it is my vacation. You do not have to attend a timeshare presentation unless you choose to. I have already sat through them. You will probably be offered a complimentary breakfast if you'll go sit through a 60-minute presentation. That will be your choice. You DO NOT NEED TO GO TO A PRESENTATION. The only requirement is for you to have a fabulous time in New York City! Guest access You'll have a 1-bedroom condo with living/dining area and small kitchen or kitchenette. You also have access to the rooftop lounge if you're looking for more space. You may also access the other resort amenities like the business center to print out your boarding pass. The Concierge is available to help you with reservations and information. Other things to note Check-in is 4 pm. Front desk is manned 24 hours. Check-out is 10 am. The resort will require a photo ID that matches the name on the Guest Certificate I will provide after booking. The resort will also require a credit card on file for incidentals; it will be refunded at check-out. NO refunds are possible within 16 days of check-in. Until then your money is 100% refundable less Airbnb fees. If you arrive early at Midtown 45 and your condo is not ready, you can leave your luggage with the front desk and go explore the City or go the to rooftop lounge to wait. Wyndham staff is very friendly and very attentive to your needs. This reservation requires a 3-night minimum and maximum.
