The Bluebird Direct Access to Tall Pines Atv Park

We are an 1880 farmhouse vacation rental in Andover NY for groups of up to 10 guests. The Blue Bird has 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, A king and a full bedroom are on the first floor, 5 queen beds in 4 bedrooms upstairs for a total of 7 beds. Park your trailers, unload your ATV's and ride them up the seasonal road to tall Pines ATV park. Trout fishing onsite All towels and linens are included. *Breakfast is not served at this location All children are welcome Sorry we do not allow pets The space The Blue Bird Tourist Home is a Historic 1880's Farmhouse that was lovingly renovated in 2020. WE WASH EVERY LAYER OF OUR BEDS after each stay. We supply enough kcups and paper products to get you started. Bring your children, family and relax! All beds and mattresses are brand new pillow top and we use the softest sheets! EVERY layer of the bed is washed after each checkout, that's the way we would expect it to be. There is a fully appointed kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and custom butcher block countertops. The gas grill is located on the back porch right off of the kitchen. We have a huge fire pit outside for your relaxation and we are ATV friendly. Enjoy onsite fishing via Dyke Creek which runs through our property. Sorry we do not accept pets Short / long term housing is available Guest access Please make yourselves at home! Other things to note We supply enough kcups and paper products to get you started, TP and PT but we do not have an unlimited supply on hand. We do not offer early checkin and sorry there is no public laundry onsite
