Charming 1BR + Loft, 1BA cottage situated among an acre of Ocean Point fir trees providing privacy and a quiet get away. Less than 100yd walk to the shore, beach and path at Grimes Cove, Ocean Point Inn Restaurant & Bar, and daily activities at the community "casino" building with playground, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and Sunday softball. Harbor is 20 mins away for exploring. The space Open floor plan with living room, dining area, and kitchen with stocked coffee/tea hutch. Full bath, one bedroom with Queen sized mattress, and a bring-your-own Sleeping Bag Loft for older children w/ two twin inflatable mattresses. Rinnai propane heater. Fans and an in-window air conditioner available during the two hot weeks we have in Maine. Wood floors, stainless steel countertop, electric range, refrigerator, and wood cabinets. Large closet & dresser for clothes. Well-lit private parking area with a sloping gravel path and three steps onto the front porch, which also has a pet gate should you bring a friend to keep them close. Patio set, hammock, and fire pit provide a quiet place to unwind. Guest access Washer / dryer and large fridge & freezer in shed down driveway shared by property manager. Other things to note Boothbay Harbor Hannaford's is the closest for food and beverages. It's about 7 miles (30' round trip), not too bad if you need something but you may want to grab things on way in to save the trip.
