Sitting at 8600ft above sea level, it is the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park offering pristine hiking trails, lakes, white water rafting, kayaking, fishing, climbing, backcountry skiing, and more. Eldora Ski Resort is a quick 10 min. drive or bus ride away! The Hobbit House is a private cabin on our home property and shares a common outdoor courtyard, outdoor gas fire pit, and grill with the Gypsy Getaway Tiny House rental just adjacent. Includes all utilities and wifi. No pets. Have 4 guests? Rent both cabins! Other things to note We have fragile mountain plumbing. Please nothing down the toilet other than the RV toilet paper provided. Trap all food going down kitchen sink and dispose of in trashcan. No harsh chemicals like bleach, toilet bowl cleaner or Drain-o down the plumbing system.
