There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the condo. The complex is gated and the code changes monthly. You will need an access code which will be included in your packet. You are provided with (1) assigned parking space and the space number is 494. If you have additional vehicles you must park in a visitor parking space that requires a parking pass.
