This house is located in a prime area just minutes from the Las Vegas strip All the homes in the area are on at least 1/2 acre or better Coming to Vegas- treat yourself to an estate ! A $300 refundable security deposit can be paid separately and will be required also You will be required to fill out and sign a guest agreement and agree to all terms The space There is a guest apartment (that is attached to the home) Has it own kitchen and bath. The house is a great place to hang out close to town but with a tropical feel there are fish tanks turtles and lots of games to play for the kids. There are TVs in every room and a putting green with plenty of room to chip and putt RELAX and ENJOY!!! Guest access front door access with a key pad entry Owner lives right next door and is available 24/7 if you have any problems or issues The goal is to make your vacation stress and worry free!!!! Other things to note Please have fun-- Pet fee $150 per pet plus extra $100 refundable deposit per pet and remember this is a residential neighborhood ACT ACCORDINGLY !!!!!!!
