Our charming 3 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom home is located very close to downtown Warren. Free on street parking. Walking distance to local restaurants, shops, YMCA, parks, hiking trails, the Allegheny River, and much more! You will have the entire home to yourself equipped with many new furnishings, appliances, and updated finishings. Wifi, DVD Player, and ROKU Smart TV are all included (login to your own streaming services). Great getaway place for a family of (4) or the traveling business person. The space Welcome to the Lexington Ave Get away! We take pride in providing the best experience possible for our guests. We have many new furnishings, fresh paint, a new energy efficient hot water tank, new high efficient smart washing machine, as well as new hypoallergenic mattresses and bedding. We also recently had all of the carpets in the house professionally steam cleaned for added cleanliness and sanitation. We hope that you find our home nice and cozy. Our kitchen is fully stocked with a toaster oven, microwave, plate-ware, silverware, full size coffee pot, a single use coffee maker with complimentary coffee, and much more. Our home does feature a beautiful and unique half spiral staircase. We realize that this may not be suitable for seniors, children under two, or people with disabilities/mobility issues. We have taken four pictures of this and included it in the listing. Our house is close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, as well as parks, and many outdoor activities. We provide brochures for local activities, as well as including some menus for some of our favorite local eats for you to enjoy during your stay. While there is no dedicated driveway, there is plenty of free on street parking directly across from the house. Guest access The neighborhood is very quiet and is very walkable. There is on-street parking that is nearly always readily available right in front of the house.
