Enjoy 150' of water frontage, large dock, beautiful sunsets, lakeside patio with a grill and fire pit, short walk to the town sandy beach, and 5 kayaks for your use. Also, the house is only five mins to the boat launch. The large backyard overlooking the lake is spectacular day or night! The view is really spectacular. All linens are provided (including lake towels) as well as life jackets. Our lake house is great for families: there's even a finished basement with ping-pong and foosball tables! The space Our home has a south-facing living area with spectacular views looking south down Lake George. The kitchen features all new appliances and a breakfast nook. Three cozy bedrooms easily accommodate 9 guests with a king, full and two bunk beds (with trundle). We can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 5 children. A lovely three season porch allows for outdoor dining, or a spot to relax on rainy days. The large kitchen is fully equipped, with ample cookware and kitchen tools, double oven and 2 beverage fridges. For the kids there is also a finished basement with ping-pong and other games. Plus, there's a lakeside fire pit with plenty of firewood included. Most of the house was updated in 2017. There are three WiFi TVs to connect your favorite streaming services: we do not provide cable TV. Guest access Guests of our Lake George lake house have full access to the house, grounds, and dock. The Ticonderoga town beach is a short walk from the house and has a large sandy beach with lifeguards on duty, clean bathrooms, swings, volleyball court, a covered picnic pavilion, and plenty of parking. Please note that we keep our boat docked at the house on a boat lift on one side of the dock. So, we provide docking for one boat up to 25' in length. Other things to note There's nothing like jumping off the dock into the lake during a hot summer day! But, you'll notice that the water is fairly shallow, especially near the large boulder. Please take extra care when jumping in off the dock and absolutely no diving! And, although it is tempting, please do not jump off the boulder - the water is not deep enough and you may be injured. We want our guests to have a fun-filled, injury-free stay! There are two security cameras on the property - one in front of the house looking towards the street and one in the back of the house. The house sits empty most of the winter and these cameras are to provide security when the house is empty. Guests are never monitored. We provide three WiFi TVs for you to connect to your favorite streaming services. We do not offer cable TV.
