When you rent this listing, you will get the whole house. 3 bedrooms, 3 smart TV's, Dinning table, full kitchen, two bathrooms and a spacious bedroom. Please note that we do no have a working dishwasher. Waco has been experiencing cold weather causing all kinds of critters to look for warm places. We have pest control service but they can still make an appearance. Please note that it may happen. Only well behaved Pets are welcomed. *would prefer pets that are friendly and house trained. We cannot accommodate Pit bulls, rottweilers and Dobermans unfortunately due to home insurance. Dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone(Limit of one dog). An additional dog may be considered on a case by case basis. Please also note that pets are not allowed on the furniture because of unfortunate past experiences. An $85 pet cleaning fee will be charged if there is fur/dog hair on the furniture. Dog must not be left outside by itself at anytime for the safety of others. Don’t forget that we’re outside of downtown. You might hear the occasional rooster, dogs, birds chirping, squirrels will be running around and it can get dark at night. Coffee, Tea and water is available for you in the kitchen. We kindly ask that you wash any dishes used. Drying mat is in the kitchen cabinet if its not on the counter. Extra fee will apply if dishes are not washed. Guest access You will have access to the whole place for yourself. Enjoy your time using our smart TV's, reading books or playing board games. Other things to note Please note that the house cleaner does have access to the washer and dryer in the mudroom. She will be using this area between the hour of 11AM-4PM Common area AC is set to 72 degrees to make sure the system does not malfunction. In addition we do have ceiling fans in every room. Please only book if you are ok with this. Please note that we provide every guests with a starter pack for all the paper goods in the house. 1-2 Toilet paper rolls per bathroom.
