If you love nature's majesty and don't mind a stoplight-less easy road to the nearest small town, then I have the place for you! Come and experience our green pastures with strolling deer and bird song. The peaceful sounds of nature and the amazing sunsets are a delight to the soul. BTW, we are pet friendly. Please read house rules. The space This gorgeous apartment was added to our home as a mother-in-law suite. Now that it is no longer needed for the mother, we offer it to you as a wonderful, extremely quiet apartment for your get-a-way to our fabulously wonderful area of North Central Florida. Quiet Sanctuary is under our roof, however it does not share any portion of our home. You won't hear us and probably won't even see us... unless you want to come over to our side of the house. Guest access Feel free to walk the grounds. There is excellent seating outside in our shady outdoor cooking area. We have 80 acres to wander. Some is mowed weekly, other areas bi-weekly, monthly, or semi-annually. Just how wild do you want to get? Other things to note We like to travel a great deal, so we may or may not even be around. If you need something, however, our Co-Host, Christina, is on the property and can assist you. Remember, one quick text message beats a 15 minute trip to the store. Our new EV Charger is a Level 2 and is able to charge my EV from 20 - 80% in about 3 hours. It has a 100 AMP breaker. The charge for utilizing this charger is 60 cents per KWH.
