The balcony bedroom features a beautiful treehouse-like balcony view overlooking the water. The second bedroom is light and airy with a comfy chair for reading. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, baking and even includes free coffee. The TVs in the greatroom and balcony bedroom have Roku and are ready to except your Netflix and other services. (We have added the Peacock channel for your enjoyment.) Staying connected is easy with our great WiFi throughout. Ibis Cove also has its own washer and dryer for your private use. Explore the chain of lakes with our canoe or kayak-(MUST USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.) or make a call and have kayaks or paddle boards delivered to the back door. These can be rented by the day or by the week. We also can arrange on-site storage for your own boat and trailer. (Pending available space) Entire townhouse, community pool and private boat ramp are yours to enjoy. Unless we are needed, we leave our guests alone. We are only 20 minutes away. The historic town of Inverness has lots to offer. Only a mile away, there are cute shops, restaurants and cafes. Visit our beautiful historic courthouse where Elvis Presley filmed scenes from the movie “Follow that Dream.” The lovely and varied Withlacoochee Bike Trail is 46 miles long and just a short, safe bike ride away from our door. Like to hit the thrift stores? We have several just minutes away. For the more adventurous, Crystal River is 30 minutes west for saltwater fishing and swimming with manatees, or head north 30 minutes and kayak or tube the gin clear waters of Rainbow Springs. The highly rated course at World Woods Golf Club is also just a 35min drive away. Stay busy, or stay in and relax on couch, porch or 2nd floor balcony. All have a peaceful water view. We have a sturdy spiral staircase for accessing the bedrooms and both full bathrooms. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs. Our next door neighbor has a dock. We do not. Guests do not have permission to use this dock. We have steps and a sturdy handhold for launching watercraft.
