To enjoy sunshine you have the luxury of your own screened splash pool, which can be heated upon request for additional $25/day. Outdoor surveillance The space Strollers, are available for your use. Conveniently, the home is only a 5 minute walk from a Clubhouse. For larger groups we offer toped 3bedroom 3 en-suite bath and 2 identical townhouses two doors apart. Guard gated community. Besides the comforts of the home, you may enjoy all of the benefits of the community, which include: a water park, a dancing water fountain, tennis, basketball, volleyball, mini golf, ping pong, billiards, tot lot, recreation park/BBQ, game room, movie theater, ATM, market place with basic grocery items and grill with great sandwiches. Also, there is a Cyber room (computer time is limited to 30 minutes, printing charges apply, fax/scanner available) and a fitness center. Guards check ID's at the gate, guests of the guests are not accepted at any time. For our guests convenience we provide: Master bathroom only: 1 mini dental paste and 2 Toothbrushes 1 amenity sized shampooing conditioner in each bathroom (they are a 2 in 1 which sometimes guests do not realize) 1 amenity sized body wash per bathroom, 1 amenity sized body lotion 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom 1 roll of paper towel 1 Kitchen Amenity Kit which includes - 1 trash bag, 1 sponge, 1 3oz bottle dish soap, 1 dishwasher detergent tab.
