The Hangout Suite

This is a 1 bedroom studio apartment on the second floor. Bedroom contains a twin bed, tons of drawer space and desk area - perfect for remote workers. There is another room considered to be the kitchenette and living room area. In this room, there is a grey futon that can be converted as a sleeper bed which is ideal for one adult. Kitchenette contains a fridge/freezer and an electric stove top. Please note: small pets allowed however there is a $60bpet fee. ideal for a maximum of 2 occupants. The space You will have access to everything in the second floor such as a private bathroom, kitchenette, refrigerator, bedroom m, desk and closet space! Other things to note The apartment unit is on second floors. Residents on the first floor do have a dog.
