Entire private 2 bedroom guest suite located in the heart of town in a great neighborhood and close to the ASU campus. This private guest suite comes with a covered parking space with a beautiful fenced-in yard with deck. Private entrance We gladly allow pets (with prior approval) for an additional fee of $25 per pet under 35lbs over 35lbs a $35 pet fee . Long term guests will have an addition pet fee of $25 for days over 5. The Space Our peaceful two-bedroom guest suite (960 sq. ft) is a lovely place to unwind after a long day. The rental includes a full kitchen,dining room, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, washer and dryer, fenced-in backyard, a deck with patio furniture, and a free covered parking space. Our guest suite is adjacent to the main house, but there are no shared living spaces. The guest suite has its own entrance and backyard patio door with its own private deck with furniture. It is our utmost goal to provide a cozy and inviting place for our guests to relax with as many amenities as possible. We provide bath towels, toiletries ,toaster, cookware, microwave, Keurig coffee maker(including coffee and creamers) bedding , bottled water, and snacks. The guest suite has two bedrooms, queen bed and one full size bed. We have a washer and dryer combo in the bathroom. We have a large back deck with outdoor seating. The perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. We are approximately 20 minutes from the Little Rock Air Force base, 35 minutes from the Little Rock Airport, 40 minutes from Little Rock, and 5 minutes from 67/167. Due to Covid-19 , we are taking the highest possible precautions when it comes to cleaning and disinfecting our home between stays. The safety and health of our guests is the utmost importance to us. We are located one mile off the freeway past Wal-mart We have two parking spaces for your cars. Most of the eating places are on Dewitt Henry Drive. We have an urgent care & Wal-Mart on Center Street. We have 3 walking parks , tennis courts, 9 antique stores and fitness center .We love our sweet little town and hope you enjoy your visit . . WiFi available as well as Smart TV with a DVD player. Kitchen cooking utensils available. We have a Pack N Play available in the guest suite if needed for your child and a extra cot if needed.
