Mother in Law in James Island Riverland Terrace

The property is in our back yard, We are a family of 5 with a dog. We have lived here since 2005 and we love James island Charleston , we built the mother in law suite to receive family. The mother in law suite is a studio that has a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen with a stove and oven. We have a dog and we keep her in our house most of the time. The space The apartment has 300 sq ft approx. In which you have a tv (YouTube TV) internet wifi, a big room with a queen bed, bathroom with shower, a small kitchenette. Has a mini split system and water heater in that way you control your comfort! Guest access You can access the house thru the gate in the back yard. In our back yard you are able to enjoy the pergola until 10 PM no exception.
