Decorated in light Floridian colours and a beachside theme, you will love our Condo! The master bedroom has a beautiful white 4 poster bed, and the guest room is also beautifully appointed - both with a walk in closet. With 2 bathrooms a work space, there is plenty of room. Entertain friends with the 6 seater dining table. Only a few steps away, enjoy a swim in the pretty pool, or go to the beautiful beaches, only 10 mins drive away. Also close to shops, restaurants and cinemas. The space You will love our little bit of paradise! This is our second home, so it is much more loved than your average "holiday rental" - most of our Guests say that when they step in "it feels like home" which is exactly how we would like you to feel! We have recently refurbished the en-suite, so it now has a walk in shower with both a rainwater head and hand held shower - oh and a beautiful niche! We have also refurbished the main bathroom and this now features a retro Miami feel, with pale pink metro tiles and steampunk faucet controls! The location is great - IMG and downtown Sarasota and Bradenton are all close by. The beaches are about 8 minutes drive away, but the great thing about not being on the island is that you won't be trapped by the weekend traffic! You are also close to great restaurants, theatres and shops. We provide lots of DVDs, games and books for cosy nights in too! Guest access The whole Condo is for your use. You can also sit on the front porch for a glass of wine, and you can use the communal pool which is only a few steps from your own front door. There is a dedicated, and numbered parking space, but if you have more than one car or you have Guests, there is plenty of Guest parking too. Other things to note We are strictly NO SMOKING! Whilst we would love you to be able to bring your furry friends, sadly the development will not allow pets. Sorry!
