Located at the base of the Wasatch mountains there is a lifetime of outdoor recreation only minutes away. 3 bedroom, 2 bath and fully equipped kitchen. We offer a king bed, two queens, a full and a small twin pull out couch. Located in our fruit orchards with spectacular views of the vineyard, gardens castle and red barn from 2 private balconies. Located on second floor up one fight of stairs. Mostly quiet during the day. Events take place most evenings between the hours of 6-9pm (hours may vary). Parking is private and reserved during an event. Access to the grounds is closed each night by a large gate. You are welcome to come and go during these closed hours, however will need to simply un-latch the chain, open the gate, and close the gate behind you. Includes fully equipped kitchen for on site meal preparation - dishes, pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, cookware, bakeware, etc. washer and dryer included. Large closets with extra bedding. Strong Wifi with desk and workspace area. TV with streaming services. Pack n' play offered by request. Guests will have access to the apartment only. Feel free to admire the grounds, but because this is a full-time wedding and corporate event center, we ask that you only use the space provided. You are welcome to walk around when no events are taking place. Feel free to walk around the fruit orchards and barn area to see our baby doll sheep at any time. Thank you in advance! Only 5 minutes from hiking, biking and running trails near Battle Creek Canyon. 10 minutes to scenic Provo Canyon and American Fork Canyon and just minutes from I-15, Sundance Mountain Resort, BYU and UVU. Only 15 minutes to Provo, 45 minutes from historic Park City and 40 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and Salt Lake City International Airport. We have a large gate at the entrance of our property that will be self locked with a large chain between the hours of 10pm-7am. If we have no scheduled events, you may notice the gate being closed early. We keep the gate closed all day on Sundays. We ask that if you must enter or leave during these closed hours, that you close and latch the gate behind you. This offers you privacy and safety in the evening and early morning to enjoy. This is a brand new building so the outside grounds of the building are still under construction. You may hear a little noise during the day. The landscaping of the property is not yet complete. You will still be able to enjoy the beautiful grounds of Wadley Farms and the Orchards right outside the door. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! If you are booking for your wedding or attending an event on-site PLEASE DO NOT BOOK our apartment if you plan on having any before or after parties. We are located in a residential area and have strict rules on noise after 11pm. ***We do not allow guests who use the apartment to use the grounds for any private events/weddings or ceremonies.
