It's a beautifully renovated one-bedroom garage apartment located in one of Oklahoma City's historic neighborhoods. Enjoy peace and quiet in our guest house at a gated c.1924 Spanish Hacienda. Gorgeous trees line the boulevard as you make your way to your destination. The Guesthouse is private, separate from the main house. The decor consists of warm tones and plenty of natural light. The space Enjoy your favorite book, morning coffee, or wind down under our vine-covered pergola, featuring the relaxing melody of a three-tiered antique fountain. Peaceful sleep will be found in the comfort of a new Nectar memory-foam queen-size mattress. The living room sofa is large enough to provide anyone under 7-feet wiggle room to relax comfortably while watching a movie or taking a nap. Perfect for one or two children to sleep on. Dedicated Wi-Fi to the apartment. Separate washer and dryer are on site (downstairs in the locked garage), if needed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as, the back yard pergola and sitting areas. As an added amenity, we have a basement in the main house that we will share during severe weather or tornado alerts. Also, we have temporary parking under a covered area sheltering your vehicle from hail, sleet or snow.
