Beautiful mountain view, screen porch and open covered area to sit right outside of the french doors, 45 inch tv with Dish tv, phone, wifi, laundry room, microwave, coffee pot. If u want to cook there is everything u will need--pans, corning wear, silverware etc , , extra pillows and blankets, fold up extra bed, but has separate duckless heat and air for comfort. Whole house generator... If u love the country this apartment is relaxing and comfortable... Everything is brand new. Guest access Screen porch, lake on property, wooded property with mountain view Very peaceful and quiet. Enjoy privacy in back of property 15 min to Skyline Drive 16 miles to Charlottesville VA. Texas Roadhouse, Outback, and many more 7 miles to Ruckersville, Va with plenty Antique shops and restaurants.. 16 miles to Elkton Va..plenty of Antique shops and good restaurants... During your stay I will be available upstairs at the house and will leave my phone numbers, wifi password..duckless hear and air conditioner. direct tv directions.. google nest and mainline phone ..ringer turned down.. fire pit and outside propane heater... Also a combined mountain water and Kerugh Coffee machine ... Other things to note There is a leash law but plenty of land for dogs to be in yard... appreciate you cleaning up poo out of yard... Barking doesn't bother us..I raised boxer pups for over 15 years... I have no dogs now..Just two barn cats... It is beautiful here.... Also I purchased a day bed if anyone wants to bring a child or extra person......
