The space They have a double bed, 2 overstuffed chairs ( one being a recliner) a kitchen table and chairs. A kitchen area with a stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, toaster, coffee pot, etc. Guest access There is a common area with a couple of gas grills for guest use. we are located 150 feet from the soft sand of beautiful Wells Beach.
