Beachcomber 1 Bedroom Apt. with 2 double beds

Our totally renovated 1- bedroom apartments are located across the street from our main oceanfront resort. Fully furnished units feature a/c, kitchen, dining area, living rm w/queen sleeper sofa, coffee table, flat screen T.V. & bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom has 2 double beds with flat screen T.V. & spacious closet. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking & dining utensils, modern stove top, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, coffee maker & dishwasher. The space The unit is 900+ square feet, located in a 3 story, 10 unit apartment building with onsite parking, elevator, private pool area & laundry room. Guest access You will have totally private use of this apartment for the timeframe reserved. The apartment may be located on ground, 2nd, or 3rd floor of this apartment building. The apartment does have a small elevator and 2 outside stairwell. Access to this unit is "outside corridors/walkways". You have shared access to the common areas which include the elevator, walkways, parking areas, pool and pool deck, and laundry room. This vacation rental apartment is operated and located diagonally across the street from the Beachcomber Resort and Club which is a full service oceanfront resort with outside dining and beach bar. You are welcome to visit the resort if you wish to enjoy our food and beverage offerings (these outlets are also open to the general public). Your vacation rental includes use of the apartment building amenities such as our (shared) pool deck and pool, free parking for 1 vehicle, and access to the (coin operated) laundry room. This apartment is located across the street and footsteps to the beach. There is public beach access in about a 5 minute walk from the apartment building. We do provide pool towels in your unit which you may use during your stay (and which are counted/inventoried, so please be sure to leave these behind upon your departure). If you wish to utilize the Beachcomber Resort and Club's amenities such as the 2 heated pools, private beach access with chaise lounges; you may do so by visiting the resort's front desk and pay a $35/day + tax resort fee which is available to you on a per day basis. The resort fee is an option which you pay directly to the resort. Other things to note Must be 21 years old or older to reserve and stay with us. This unit is 100% Non-Smoking. If evidence of smoking is reported during or after your stay, we will assess a $500 cleaning/damage fee for violating this policy. This apartment is thoroughly cleaned and maintained prior to and after your stay with us. While staying with us you will be responsible for your own daily housekeeping. We will gladly offer you towel & sheet exchange, and trash removal "on request" between 9 AM - 3:30 PM daily by contacting us at the Beachcomber Resort and Club (the phone # will be provided upon your arrival). If you do wish to arrange daily housekeeping service, we will do so for a daily cleaning fee that is best discussed with us upon your arrival. Note that we are currently following Covid safety protocols for your safety as well as for our employees. We ask for your patience, cooperation, and understanding; thank you. Note that any and all service and maintenance request must be made by contacting the Beachcomber Resort and Club reception desk directly by phone or in person. It is best to contact us between 8 AM - 5 PM daily and after these hours we reserve the right to respond "upon our availability" within a reasonable time unless in the case of a legitimate emergency. We we do not respond to email messaging for service related issues during your stay in real time. It is best you contact us directly with any questions or requests you may have during your visit with us so that we have a reasonable opportunity to respond accordingly.
